Diagnostic Tool
A key part of the BusinX approach is a Diagnostic Tool that allows management teams to quickly and easily diagnose their strengths and weaknesses relative to the Excellence Framework.
This tool has proved to be invaluable in helping an organisation understand what excellent practice looks like, identify their priority issues, and align the often dispirit activities they have going on.

The Diagnostic Tool is most effective when used as part of a facilitated workshop involving the key stakeholder group in an organisation. In this workshop, the group score themselves on a scale of 0-5 against each of the “excellent practice” criteria. For those areas where they fall short, we discuss how important that capability is to the success of the business. Based on these scores and discussion, we then priorities the areas for improvement and develop a plan to address the top-ranking areas.
