Karen Caddy started BusinX Consulting after 14 years with Rio Tinto; one of the world's largest and most respected mining companies.

The BusinX consulting model draws on the experience gained by Karen as an internal consultant to the Rio Tinto Businesses.

In this role, she designed and successfully rolled out an Excellence program across the Industrial Minerals Product Group…a group of 20+ businesses, spanning four continents and containing businesses ranging in size from 20 people to 1,500 people.
